Plan: Pioneer Scout Tadpole Backpack

Crafting of the standard backpack and its corresponding appearance are now learned automatically via an in-game script upon completing the quest chain "The Order of the Tadpole".

Unlock Type: Backpack modification / skin.

The physical item (the paper plan) was completely cut from the reward pool.

Players do not need to find or read any physical plan to access the backpack crafting recipes.
